At PilotVerify, powered by API PILOT TECHNOLOGIES (PVT) LTD, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made through our Services.
1. General Policy
- Refunds are available only for unused credits purchased within 14 days of the original transaction.
- Once credits are consumed (e.g., used for email validations), they are non-refundable.
- Subscription fees already billed are non-refundable, but you may cancel future billing at any time.
- No refunds will be issued for partially used subscription cycles.
2. Service Errors
If you experience a verified service error (for example: downtime, failed validations due to a system malfunction, or billing discrepancies), we may, at our discretion:
- Provide replacement credits to your account, or
- Issue a partial or full refund to the original payment method.
Service errors must be verified by our technical team before a refund is approved.
3. How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@pilotverify.net within the applicable refund window.
- Requests should include:
- Proof of purchase (transaction ID, invoice, or receipt).
- A clear description of the issue prompting the refund request.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) within 14 business days.
4. Exceptions & Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our [Terms of Use].
- Claims made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Promotional, bonus, or free credits issued by PilotVerify.
- Losses or issues caused by third-party systems, integrations, or misuse of the Services.
5. Chargebacks
- Initiating a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting our support team may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits.
