Credits are the unit of measurement used by PilotVerify for email verification. Each credit allows you to verify one email address.

- When you upload or submit a list of email addresses for verification, one credit is consumed for each email processed.
- Credits apply to all verification types, including single email checks, bulk uploads, and API-based validation.

- Valid Email: 1 credit is deducted when verification is performed, regardless of the
- Invalid / Risky Email: Credits are still deducted since the service has processed and analyzed the address.
- Duplicate Entries: If the same email is verified multiple times, each verification consumes a credit.

- Expiration depends on your selected plan (e.g., 300 days, 700 days, 1000 days, or “Never” for enterprise plans).
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated, so plan usage within the validity period is recommended.
